2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 large English cucumber, peeled and shredded
2 cloves minced garlic
½ fresh dill, minced
¼ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
Fancy Pokket Pita, Mini Pita, Veggie Lavash, Flatbread or Garlic & Herb Panini
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Garlic powder
Garlic Salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush one side of each piece of Fancy Pokket bread of choice with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and garlic salt (optional). Slice each loaf into even triangles.

Bake in preheated oven until the triangles turn a light brown color, 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice and salt until combined. Use as a dip once bread has cooled and refrigerate leftover Tzatziki for up to 5 days.
