Ingredients:

2 Fancy Pokket Flatbread Loaves of choice (i.e. Garlic & Herb Panini or Veggie Lavash)
2 Tbsp Greek vinaigrette
½ cup each chopped red and green bell pepper
½ cup sliced red onion
½ large tomato, sliced
¼ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Sprinkle salt, pepper, dried basil & dried oregano
8 oz. cooked sliced meat of choice (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet; brush with vinaigrette. Layer with remaining ingredients and place in oven 8-10 minutes or until crust is slightly browned. Optional: For a crispier crust, place pizza directly on oven rack.
