Born in Edmonton, Omar’s family moved to Egypt when he was five. After graduating from Alexandria University as a Chemical Engineer, Omar travelled around Egypt where he worked as a Quality Engineer in petroleum construction. He moved to Moncton in 2018, joined the Fancy Pokket team as a Process Engineer in 2019, and is now the Quality supervisor.

Omar is passionate about quality, ensuring Fancy Pokket products meet the highest standards and strives to exceed customers expectations.

In his free time, Omar enjoys designing and assembling spaceships, buildings, and cars with his Lego collection of 15,000 pieces (which grows every year!). He enjoys sci-fi books and is also an avid computer gamer.
